Kids Group Nights!
The moment you arrive at Trinity, you sense the difference. Its a place of obvious beauty, with its miles of white fencing, green pastures and gorgeous horses. What is less obvious but far more important are the tiny miracles that happen at Trinity. Here everyone matters, has value and is invited and welcomed to become part of our mission. Our deepest desire is to provide an exquisite and peaceful environment for our boarders, volunteers and clients for their enjoyment, growth and healing.
Trinity is a 501(3) non-profit organization and full service horse center offering Therapeutic Riding, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Equine Assisted Learning (EAL). We also provide boarding, training, lessons, horse leasing, summer horse camps and our unique and innovative summer child care program called Ranch Care.
Bill & Toni Mattson and their adult sons, along with Tonis sister, Jan Behm have owned Trinity since 2002. As owners and Christians, we consider ourselves blessed by this Ranch and believe God has called us to be good stewards of this gift and has given us a mission to serve. We have a particular heart to serve the at-risk, underprivileged and special needs of West-Central Wisconsin.
Horses are amazing therapists. Whether its their perfectly designed walking gait that attends to the physical body or their attitude, intuition and heart that is medicine for the mind and spirit, it is the horse that we chose as our teammate.
Trinitys mission is to partner with our horses to positively and permanently change the mind, body and spirit.
Through the partnership with our horses, the use of our facility and teaming with the renown national organizations of NARHA (North American Riding for the Handicapped Association) and EAGALA, (Equine Growth and Learning Association), we have created activities and programs that help heal physical, emotional, spiritual and cognitive disabilities.
Our equine programs have become a valued resource to the Chippewa Valley's many non-profits, schools, churches, social agencies and ministries. They develop a person's confidence, self-worth, patience and integrity, all of which grow their valued relationships.
Because many of these organizations have little or no financial means, all of our service revenues go to support our non-profit programs. We are also very blessed and dependent on individuals and businesses that support us. In this way, everyoneboarders and participants alike become partners in our growing ministry.
