Escape to Elegance!
Those were the words used to first describe our bed and breakfast and our first website way back in 1999! Ten years later, after meeting thousands of guests from around the globe, our business still reflects that same concept: we want you to be able to escape your everyday lives and relax and rejuvenate!
Our goal as innkeepers is that you “enjoy the passage of time”, it’s far too often that the little thing called “life” happens to us, while we least suspect it!
What a great time to enjoy our area! Over the years we’ve had guests who have had an exhausting itinerary planned for their stay here, only to find them reading on the front porch and relaxing in the swing by the stream. That’s ok! That’s the whole point…to remove yourselves from the everyday business of your lives and take you back in time…The great Will Rogers once said, “Half our life is spent trying to find something to do with the time we have rushed through life trying to save.”
Don’t wait to enjoy your time…spend a day or two exploring our area, we’re sure you won’t regret it!
