Guo Lin Qi-gong was developed in China during 1960s specifically for cancer
care. Since then hundreds of thousands of Chinese cancer patients have benefited from this healing exercise. The gentle movements, easy postures, and unique breathing techniques bring a balance of energy flow – the end result is better health of the body and mind.
The workshops will be led by Colleen Lewis, a national board certified and state licensed acupuncturist since 2000 whose journey into Oriental Medicine began 20 years ago through the study of Taijiquan (T'ai Chi) and Qigong (Chinese therapeutic exercise).
