PhilosophySince its founding in 1955, Gray Mare has tailored its educational program
around the needs of the children. Gray Mare offers a developmentally
appropriate curriculum that guides each child into the world outside the home.
Learning is child’s play. A child does not play to waste time - a child plays to
discover, experiment, touch, talk, try new things, pretend, think, ask
questions, share and do! As children play, they grow, learn and develop the
skills they need.

Gray Mare Preschool, Inc. is licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services. We strictly observe all laws and
regulations governing our preschool and its operation, and we are supervised by a licensing representative from the Department of
Health and Family Services.
