Welcome to Pilgrim UCC! I invite you to join our spiritual journey. Together we explore the scriptures in the light of God’s love and the relevance of today. Our faith tradition – the United Church of Christ – is more concerned with relationships than rules. We focus on grace rather than judgment and we practice warm hospitality believing that the love of Jesus embraces all people, especially the marginalized.
Here you will find encouragement and compassion, as together we seek to live in the ways of Jesus. We believe its okay to question, doubt and even to think outside the religious “box.” In the UCC we enjoy the freedom (and accept the responsibility) of coming to our own unique Christian beliefs. My aim each Sunday is to give you food for thought (rather than absolute answers) thereby guiding you to discover your own authentic faith through scripture, prayer and reason.
