Brian Butcher Appraisals, Inc. is an independent Real Estate Appraisal Firm, established in 1994 and located in Southeastern Wisconsin. We are appraiser owned and operated. We cover only market areas in which we are comfortable with our knowledge and abilities.

We appraise single-family residences, small income properties, and vacant parcels of land for purchases, refinances, second mortgages, P.M.I. removal, assessment tax appeal, employee relocation, estate settlement, divorce, bankruptcy and foreclosure.

Our firm has an established network of qualified appraisers throughout our coverage area. Appraisers are selected and used based on their experience and the quality of their work product. Quality control and good communication ensure that their appraisal products maintain high standards.

Being very service oriented, we want to help you meet your real estate needs. We offer all types of appraisals and reporting options, and will help you determine what best and most cost effectively meets your needs; in many cases a short form and/or limited appraisal will suffice.
