Granite Wireless part of Bertram Communications one of Wisconsin's Largest Wireless Internet Providers
Granite Wireless was purchased in June of 2009 by Bertram Communications and since its acquisition Bertram has acquired Baycom Broadband of Green Bay and Phoenix PC of Chilton. In the process Bertram Communications has grown its coverage area to 18,000 plus square miles in Southern, Central and North Central Wisconsin and has more than 150 tower locations and growing.
Bertram Communications Upgrades
At present Baycom Broadband (now Bertram Broadband) is receiving a major upgrade that will take most of the winter to complete, while the Phoenix PC network (now known as Bertram Wireless) is nearly complete.
We are looking at additional services in the near future with partnerships we are working on to provide you with streaming TV, Movies and additional alliances that will allow Bertram Communications to offer our customers the full package. This includes Granite Wireless customers as well.
Granite Wireless Upgrades
Granite Wireless has performed several upgrades in the Northern Coverage area as well. Starting with the White Lake area and several additional Wireless Backhaul upgrades to the network. We look forward to making Granite Wireless and Bertram Communications the Best Wireless Internet Provider in Wisconsin.
