The Madison Reading and Learning Center is a multidisciplinary academicservice that specializes in reading, writing, math, and study skills. MRLChasteachers available for students of all ages and needs. Janice Schreiber-Poznik, the director, is a reading specialist with 27 years of experience in reading instruction.Teachers at MRLC are employed based on their experience using evidence based instruction, their extensive training and proven success with students. The Madison Reading and Learning Center instructors are exceptional in working with students with a variety of learning strengths and challenges. Some basic questions are answered in the FAQ.

All instructors are professional, skilled and licensed educators with expertise and specialization in appropriate content areas as well as explicit multi-sensory structured language approaches such as:

Instructorsare skilled in teaching students with learning disabilities, ADD, ADHD, and dyslexia. We also offer instruction for gifted and talented students.
