Laser Cutting We specialize in precise CNC Laser Cutting of a wide variety of materials. Laser Cutting is a perfect solution for cutting acrylic (Plexiglass), PETG, thin polycarbonates (mylar), styrene expanded PVC (Sintra), wood, paper & fabric. We have 13 Lasers for small & large production runs and fast turn around time. Tight tolerances enable us to meet the toughest standards such as for military or medical applications. Maximum table size is 52" x 100"

Laser Engraving Our lasers can engrave on virtually any material. Some examples are: Metal, Wood, PETG, plastics, laminates, marble, cultured marble, most stone, glass, or ceramics. A laser cut egde can enhance the looks of many products.

Screen Printing You can enhance your laser cut sheet products by having us screen print logos, art, or just about any image. Our fully equipped screen printing department, (with multiple automatic presses) can handle large and small runs of a wide variety of materials. Some materials we print on are: Acrylic, PETG, Styrene, & Sintra.

Plastic Sheet Fabrication Laser cut acrylic (Plexiglass) sheet can be heat bent or folded to your specs. Acrylic sheet parts can also be glued, milled or routed. We offer a full service plastic fabrication department. Other plastics include: PETG, expanded pvc, styrene, & polycarbonate (Lexan) and more.

Wide Format Printing An essential component of many Signs, Point-of-Purchase displays, Countertop Displays, Posters & Banners is Wide format printing. Our facilities are equipped with the latest technology in Dye based (indoor) or Solvent ink (permanent outdoor) printers.
Our max printing width is 62 inches x the roll length.

Mounting and Laminating Wide format prints can be mounted to expanded pvc (sintra) sheet material and then laminated for protection. mounted images can then be laser cut to just about any contour or dieline. Prints can also be mounted to the 2nd surface (backside) of clear Plexiglass for a rich protected look.

Diamond Scratch Engraving CNC Diamond engraving is a good option for engraving steel, aluminum, brass, or just about any type of metal. This process is perfect for small plaque panels and most customer supplied metal parts.

CNC Routing & CNC Milling Our computer driven routers & mills assure accurate cutting, drilling, tapping and engraving for small or large production. Multiple tool changing capabilities. We route or mill just about any material. Some examples are: Wood, Plexiglass, Polycarbonate (Lexan), Aluminum, Brass, & Steel. CNC Milling enables us to produce some of the tightest tolerances possible for demanding projects.

Vinyl Cutting (Letters & Graphics) Pressure sensitive vinyl graphics are a perfect solution in many short run projects. We cut and apply custom decals to just about any smooth material. Sintra, glass, Most Painted surfaces, Laminates and others. Vinyl Cut graphics are a perfect solution for Point-of-Purchase Displays, Signs, Vans, Trucks and other fleet vehicles, Machinery and Buildings.

Design & Prototyping Some of our customers use our CAD design services. Others will provide us with CAD & image files from programs such as: AutoCad (.dxf), Adobe Illustrator (.eps, .pdf, .ai), Corel Draw (.eps, .cdr.), Photoshop (.psd, .tiff, .jpg, .pdf) and many others. Our design team can take virtually any file format. We work with you to make your file usable.

Assembly After laser engraving or CNC Routing your parts, we can save you a step with in house assembly. Why ship parts back and forth and leave room for error? Our assembly department guaranties the highest quality standards.

Packaging & Shipping Finished products can be individually packed or bulk packed and drop shipped from our location. We make sure that all parts are packed with proper boxes and padding, and if needed we build custom crates for a snug fit. Detailed tracking information is e-mailed or faxed to you when we ship.
