When community members pooled their resources to form the Berlin Hospital Association in 1911, little did they know how much their hometown hospital would impact the local quality of life the next 100 years and beyond.

CHN works with community members to meet the needs of families in the east central Wisconsin area through a dynamic collage of services. We've developed strong, streamlined relationships with outside providers to ensure you receive the highest level of care available.
