Tri-State Lumber and Land was founded in 1995 as a locally owned and operated sawmill. Since our inception we have grown into a multi-faceted company that sells retail and wholesale. With the addition of everything from band saws and dry kilns, to planers and molders, we now have the capability of servicing the smallest cabinet maker or home owner to some of the largest lumber using companies in the state.
In our finish mill facility we custom run every order to your exact specifications. Whether we are making your new family room floor or preparing lumber that will become your kitchen cabinets, you can be assured quality and customer satisfaction are our primary concerns. Currently we are selling two paneling profiles, two flooring profiles, and many trim profiles with the options for more profiles virtually unlimited.
The lumber we use is locally harvested and processed in house. By controlling all aspects from log to finished product we can ensure the highest quality finished product. We currently offer Red & White Oak, Black & White Ash, White & Yellow Birch, Hard & Soft Maple, Butternut, Basswood, and Aspen. We can sell these different species in board form or one of our finished products.
