Jim Coons, co-owner of Ashworth Homes, LLC, has been involved in the construction industry since 1983. As a carpenter, Jim had the opportunity to learn and build from the ground up for many of Madison's finest homebuilders. Jim has had the pleasure of expediting many custom homes, as well as subcontracting the framing, siding and finish carpentry work on many of the highest end parade homes of the 90's built in the prestigious neighborhoods such as Bishop's Bay, Blackhawk and the Highlands of Seminole. This vast experience has provided Jim with the solid foundation on which Ashworth Homes was built on.
Tony Heinrichs, co-owner of Ashworth Homes brings in over 18 years of real estate sales, home building and residential development expertise to the company. Tony along with his father, Jerry, also owns Heinrichs Development Group which is known as one of the largest residential developers in the Dane County area. Tony is passionate about the home building industry and is consistently working on maintaining the high goals and standards of performance we have set for Ashworth Homes.
Bob Brockman of The Stark Company leads the sales and marketing team for Ashworth homes. His 30 years of real estate experience combined with his extensive new construction experience has enabled Jim and Bob to become a very successful team.
Since the start in 2001, Ashworth Homes has built over 50 custom homes. Jim and Bob pride themselves on being able to provide a design and build service that is tailor made to each clients' needs. They also strive to maintain and build a strong client, subcontractor and builder relationship that are so vital to the quality of general contracting and custom home building.
