Our Storage Units are newly constructed in 2008 & 2009, clean, routinely monitored, and located in Eau Claire near KFC & the WEAU TV-13 Tower. We have a very clean facility. You may rent a storage unit for as little as one full month, a few months, for a full year and longer.
**Drive Thru units are two back-to-back units with no dividing wall. You will have access from both sides of the building and will need two locks to secure the unit.
* Building walls and storage unit dividing walls reduce some listed sizes by 2 to 8 inches.
^ State Law requires storage businesses to collect WI Sales Tax if a motor vehicle, boat, motorcycle, or jet ski is stored. - NO SECURITY DEPOSITS REQUIRED -
