Pre-recorded phone messages are being delivered to random consumers with the warning that their debit cards have been closed. When you call the telephone number by the fraudster, it requires you to provide your card and pin number. The bank will never call or email you to request account or personal information. Never respond directly to a telephone number provided; call the location you generally do your banking or the Laona office immediately. Please be extremely cautious when responding to unsolicited text or telephone contacts of any kind. Giving personal or account information to someone you don't know is always at great risk.
