I'm Attorney Kirk Obear. I have helped individuals and families deal with the federal and Wisconsin criminal justice system for over sixteen years with outstanding results. I was a federal prosecutor in the US Air Force before devoting my career exclusively to criminal defense as an associate and partner at a leading Wisconsin criminal defense firm. I recently completed a two-year term as President of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and I was just elected to the board of directors for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
