It has been a great pleasure dealing with your company. After our unfortunate accident after purchasing our 2010 Ford Fusion, our sales rep, Allen Ward, treated us first class, being the first one at the site of the accident with all equipment necessary to haul our damaged Ford Fusion back to the body shop. He also provided us with a ride home with all our possessions that were in the damaged car being transferred. Allan Ward assisted us with all the confusing things that happen at such a time.
To continue this service to us, he was extra helpful in replacing our damaged vehicle with one with the same features as the previous one.
We are very grateful for the wonderful help and service your sales person, Allen Ward, provided, and his follow-up with getting acquainted with the features of the new Ford Fusion. I'm sure that he is a great asset to the Kocourek dealership.

Since they started servicing my Saturn the folks at Kocourek Chevrolet have been great about keeping the car serviced even though they did not sell it to me. Whether it is an oil change or a major issue, they have bent over backwards to take care of the issue and accommodate me.

No one enjoys having to bring a car in for repair or a check but your staff on Grand Ave. surely lightens the situation. When I walk through the doors, service or sales, I am greeted pleasantly by sales personnel, reception and service. Grant in the service department seems so knowledgeable and accommodating, even in last minute dilemmas. Jim remembers names and faces like we bought our vehicle yesterday. As it is, we will be purchasing another vehicle in about a year. Kocourek on Grand will be the first place we stop. Be proud of your personnel, guys like these are hard to find.

P.S. I should have mentioned the receptionist on the phone too. One can tell that she must have a smile on her face when she answers.
