The key to providing superior service is to work with our clients to determine their strengths and weaknesses. We discuss where you are and where you want to be. We also provide guidance to help you determine what the appropriate standards are for your business. For example; we may jointly determine that it is reasonable for you to expect your internal systems and personnel to provide financial statements that are complete and accurate every month by the 15 th day of the following month. If that is not currently happening, we help identify the road blocks, establish consistent and achievable goals and responsibilities, and then implement the procedures so the financials are actually completed and available by the agreed upon deadlines.
Identify Gaps and Opportunities
Every company has someone who is predominantly responsible for the financial aspects of that organization. The next step, equally critical, involves completing the planning and communication process by agreeing to the scope of a project, setting specific goals and timetables, and providing specific information in writing regarding costs and outcomes. This provides you and our firm with objective and comprehensive documentation that serves as a road map for effectively and efficiently completing the project. The plan keeps the projects on track and virtually eliminates project surprises related to timing or costs.

Once projects are complete, we provide continuous follow up to make sure systems and solutions keep working efficiently, old habits do not re-surface and continuous improvement of processing becomes the rule rather than the exception.
