Our Pharmacists, Matt and Karl Sanger, have over 40 years of combined experience in pharmaceutical compounding. They are members of PCCA (Professional Compounding Centers of America)(link to pccarx.com), The International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists(link to iacprx.org), and attend numerous yearly training and certification courses in pharmaceutical compounding.

Natural bio-identical hormone replacement therapy for women replaces hormone deficiencies and corrects for imbalances using the same hormones as the body normally produces and uses. Some typical symptoms of hormone imbalance or deficiency include hot flashes, night sweats, loss of short-term memory, weight gain, vaginal dryness and decreased sex drive to name a few. Through compounding, we can work with you and your doctor to correct problems and help women achieve an enhanced quality of life.

We work with a local fertility and pregnancy management physician who specializes in the fundamentals of NaPro Technology, which uses natural bio-identical progesterone to achieve and maintain pregnancy.

Like menopause in women, andropause is a common problem among men. Research has found a number of physical and emotional symptoms experienced by aging men. A deficiency and/or imbalance of hormones and nutrients can accelerate andropause. We can treat these deficiencies/imbalances. Some of the compounds we use are Testosterone, DHEA, Pregnenolone, ZMA complex.

Erectile Dysfunction is a common problem among men of all ages. We can work with your doctor for solutions. Some examples are: Tri Mix or Triple Agent injectables(effective in 93% of patients), troches, nasal sprays and transdermal gel formulations specific for workable erectile function.

Acute and chronic pain are common conditions. Some examples include: Morphine transdermal gel for a patient who can¡¦t swallow, Guaifensen long-acting capsules for a fibromyalgia patient, Hydrocodone long-acting capsules, Ketoprofen transdermal gel for a sports-related injury or arthritis.

Hospice compounding allows us to work with the patient, physician and nurse to provide the best terminally ill comfort management. We compound pain management, anti-nausea, saliva substitute and other items for many local hospice patients.

We can prepare animal medications in an easy to give flavored dosage form. Alternatively, we can put that medication in a transdermal base for easier administration and less anxiety for the animal. We have over 200 different flavors¡Xchicken, liver, beef, peanut butter, etc. Some examples are: Methimazole chicken flavored suspension ¡Vor- trandermal gel, antibiotic chewy treats(chicken, fish or beef flavors), potassium bromide peanut butter flavored solution or capsules.

We have about 200 different flavors and creative ways to make your child want to take that awful tasting medicine. One example is chewable gummy bears--a great alternative and kids love taking them. These can be flavored and colored any way you like.
