Slightly more than a year ago, River Valley Bank acquired the assets of Manson Insurance, the largest independently owned insurance agency in central Wisconsin. During this time, there have been many distractions, which, quite frankly, have become a burden to our new leadership team, the hard working employees of the insurance agency, and more than 7,000 loyal customers whose business we are deeply appreciative of. In the end, the value of the Manson Insurance name is no longer what it used to be. So, we have decided to change the name and move on.
River Valley Insurance is a name that's more aligned with the core values that govern the way River Valley Bank has done business since 1967. As a bank, we pride ourselves on offering the highest levels of customer service, on being honest and transparent, and on being a valuable resource to businesses and families. We have already applied those same core values to River Valley Insurance, and that's just the beginning. We know just changing the name is not enough.
We are working tirelessly to be a solutions oriented insurance agency. We are now focusing on being educators and trusted advisors to you. We are an experienced resource for insurance and benefits information. We want to help you be successful and prosperous in all that you do!
