What Is SHARE?

SHARE's nonprofit, volunteer-run food buying club helps families save 30-50% on supermarket quality food. Everyone is welcome to save on food and help their community. For nearly 25 years we have served the Upper Midwest with savings on a wide selection of foods. Volunteers at nearly 200 locations throughout WI, northern IL, northeastern MN and the Upper Peninsula of MI make the savings possible. Shop online, surf our website or call toll-free 800-548-2124 for details!

Who Can Join?
Everyone is welcome to save money on food and help their community through SHARE. There are NO income limits, eligibility guidelines or membership fees. It's easy to join—all you have to do is order!

Products change every month, but SHARE always offers a wide selection of frozen meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, certified organic produce, convenience items and more. All of the food is purchased wholesale—none of it is donated. See pictures of recent products or find out where SHARE's food comes from. SHARE also offers complete holiday dinner packages.

The Mobile Market serves over a dozen Metro Milwaukee locations with SHARE's great savings on quality foods. No pre-orders are required—all you have to do is show up and shop. Visit our Mobile Market page to find out when the Mobile Market will be in your neighborhood!

SHARE brings people together to build and strengthen community through volunteer service. SHARE enables communities to respond to basic needs and provides access to good, nutritious food at reduced cost through a self-help distribution system. SHARE fosters the dignity and self-worth of each person and acts from a commitment to serve the common good.

SHARE couldn't accomplish its mission without hundreds of dedicated volunteers! While there are no volunteer requirements in order to purchase food through SHARE, we encourage members to volunteer with their local SHARE team or elsewhere in the community. Visit our volunteer page to find out how you can pitch in!

September marked the 25th anniversary of SHARE's mission to build and strengthen community through volunteer service, all while helping families save 30-50% on quality foods.
