If you are not already familiar with our congregation, we hope that you will find us friendly and receptive to your visit, whether it is on the internet or at a worship service or other event hosted by our congregation.

We are a Missouri Synod Lutheran church which incorporates both the "traditional" and the "somewhat contemporary" into our worship. Maybe a better way to say it is that we use a "blended" worship style, using some of the old and some of the new. For instance, while we use the new Lutheran Service Book hymnal which includes many traditional hymns, the same hymnal also includes many newer songs. In addition, we also like to use some of our members' favorite songs from books such as our own Hymns of Pentecost, which is a collection of both old and new favorites of our members. We have a fairly traditional Sunday morning worship service and a somewhat more casual, smaller Saturday evening worship. It is not unusual to hear the organ, trumpets, clarinets and flutes on Sunday morning and it is not uncommon to accompany songs on Saturday evenings with guitars, bass guitar and / or drums.
