Marquardt Village, a retirement community located in Watertown, WI is sponsored by the Western District of the Moravian Church. Marquardt Village has a mission of caring for the elderly and the handicapped in a Christian environment.
The village consists of 78 duplex units, 253 apartments, 48 assisted living units and 140 skilled nursing beds. In addition, Marquardt provides home health, hospice, housekeeping, therapy, health watch, has a chapel and a fully functional senior center.
It is staffed by people who possess concern, compassion and understanding of the importance of the well-being of all village residents.
The spiritual wellness of all residents is addressed by the various churches and pastors in the community, with over 30 services per month in Bethany chapel and Zinzendorf Hall. Marquardt Village is a gathering of people of all faiths.
In addition, Marquardt has the following outreach programs to serve persons in the Watertown area: Marquardt Home Health Agency (medically-related health services in your home), Supportive Home Care (housekeeping services, laundry, and shopping), Marquardt Hospice (palliative and supportive services for persons with a terminal illness), Health Reach Therapy (outpatient therapy utilizing Marquardt's therapy room and equipment), and Marquardt Lifeline (an emergency response system that helps a person live independently in their own home.
