Family Law Advocacy
We work passionately to protect the interests of children in family law matters, from divorce; child custody and placement issues; to termination of parental rights and child removal proceedings. We help clients obtain restraining orders in situations involving domestic violence, including both spousal abuse, child abuse, and harassment and defend those who have been wrongly accused. Our attorneys handle paternity actions and domestic adoptions, including step-parent adoptions.
Our firm has extensive experience in advocating for clients in divorces. This includes the knowledge and skill necessary to assist in complex financial issues with compassion and expertise. Our firm will fight for your current and future financial stability.
Our lead attorney, Renée E. Mura, formerly served as a Kenosha County Assistant District Attorney. As a prosecutor, she gained extensive trial experience, as well as a comprehensive understanding of criminal law and procedure. With Attorney Mura's leadership, our lawyers know how cases are prosecuted, how evidence is gathered and evaluated, and how to determine the credibility of witnesses. We can identify when prosecutors have missed a critical piece of evidence or if the state will have difficulty proving its case.
Other Practice Areas
We also provide legal services to our clients in the areas of real estate and appellate practice.
