The Law Offices Of Natalia Lindval concentrates on criminal defense and elder law, serving the Kenosha and Milwaukee communities. Her office is conveniently located within walking distance of the Kenosha County Courthouse.
Attorney Lindval graduated from Indiana University School of Law in 2005. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for a research paper on gender-related criminal defense used in a class on law and the psychology of crime, culpability and punishment. She also received a scholarship for returning students for academic achievement and public-service contribution in her community.
For two years after graduation, she served as a judicial law clerk at the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District IV, in Madison, for the honorable Judge David Deininger. In this capacity, attorney Lindval drafted over 30 judicial opinions.
In June 2007, attorney Lindval joined a general-practice law firm in Kenosha where she concentrated on elder law, probate and guardianship work, criminal law, and civil and criminal appeals. In April 2008, she opened her own office. Attorney Lindval represents clients in felony and misdemeanor cases at trial and appellate levels. Her elder-law practice includes nursing-home litigation, drafting wills, powers of attorney, representing clients in guardianship and protective placement proceedings, and probating estates.
Attorney Lindval is actively involved in the legal community by providing pro bono services and by serving on the Wisconsin State Bar Diversity Outreach Committee.
Attorney Lindval holds a Ph.D. in economics, a J.D. (Doctor of Jurisprudence) with honors and an M.B.A. (Master of Business Administration) with honors from Kazan State University, Russia. She has extensive teaching experience, which includes teaching comparative law at the University of Wisconsin, Parkside; legal research and writing at Indiana University, Bloomington; and economics and financial management at Kazan State University, Russia.
