Dr. Bonness is a board certified, triple-fellowship trained Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. Her extensive training and experience allow her to offer a variety of treatment options to ensure that each patient receives exceptional results in a safe, medical environment
Unique to our practice is the ability to offer both surgical and non-surgical options for your aesthetic needs. Although surgical results are more dramatic than non-surgical treatments, surgery is not for everyone. We thoroughly research all new technology and offer only those treatments and products that will truly make a difference in how you look and feel. We will not oversell and we will not offer treatments or procedures that have minimal results just because everyone else does.

We believe the most satisfied patients are those that are well-informed and educated about their aesthetic options. Patient safety is our top priority; Dr. Bonness is on-site and directly involved in your treatmentnot delegating from a distance. Having a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon present during all invasive and aesthetic laser procedures is what separates us from all other skin care and spa facilities.

Spa Vita maintains two licensed aestheticians with medical aesthetic experience. Aestheticians trained in medical skin care are capable of performing more aggressiveand more effectivefacial treatments than will be encountered in a salon or non-physician spa. At the direction of Dr. Bonness, Spa Vita provides a full menu of multi-functional skin care treatments designed to deliver immediate, lasting results. Every client is treated to a thorough skin care evaluation; every treatment is custom-designed by Dr. Bonness and her aesthetic staff.
