As of July 1, 2008 Living Well will be accepting Anthem BCBS insurance (Blue Preferred- HMO/POS, Blue Access PPO, Blue Trad).
As of May 12, 2008 Living Well will be accepting Gundersen Lutheran Health Plan Insurance.
