EMERGENCIES: Please dial 911 for all life threatening and fire emergencies.
AC Units: Please remember to have your HVAC serviced prior to hot weather to ensure the unit is working properly! In addition, please remember to change the batteries in your carbon monoxide detector and all smoke detectors.
Outside Water Valves: If your unit has the main shut off valve to the outside water faucet, be sure to follow these procedures prior to turning the inside valve on. Open the OUTSIDE valve first, then SLOWLY open the main INSIDE valve to release any pressure that has built up in the pipes. Once the inside valve has been opened all the way, turn the outside valve off. Carefully listen to ensure no evidence of running water is heard. If the outside valve has been turned off and you hear continue to hear running water, IMMEDIATELY turn the main inside valve off and contact our office.
Garbage: Please be sure to place all garbage and recyclables in their proper containers. If your garbage is to be placed outside for pick-up, be sure to secure it properly to avoid the possibility of wind blowing it throughout the complex.
Dogs: Please remember to pick-up all dog excrement and place in a proper container. Dogs must be leashed at all times and must not be left unattended.
Bird Feeders: Although bird feeders may be a nice attraction to the outside of your unit, they create many problems for the association. Seeds that fall attract enormous weed growth and are inviting to small creatures which may find their way inside of individual units. More often than not, bird feeders are not allowed on the common areas or are prohibited altogether. Please verify that your association allows for the placement of bird feeders.
