Massage therapy improves a person's health through hands-on mobilization of muscles and other soft tissues of the body. Each session is tailored to the needs and goals of each individual client. We generally add muscle specific techniques to Swedish massage to ensure that muscle groups are addressed in a more detailed and complete way. If you seek a light relaxing experience, a Deep Tissue muscular workout or anything in between, we will work together to find the correct balance of pressure for you.

Sessions can include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Myofascial Release. Any or all of these techniques may be blended together to help you reach your session goals and have a wonderful nurturing experience.

Specific individual goals may include stress reduction and relaxation, improved circulation and muscular performance in conjunction with reduction of muscular pain patterns.
