Christ of the Bay Lutheran Church - Green Bay, Wis
Thought for the Week:
When we celebrate All Saints Day we naturally think of those Christians who have entered heaven ahead of us. We certainly wouldn't call ourselves holy saints. We measure up poorly according to the mirror of the Beatitudes. Yet when we remember that Jesus takes our sins away, He makes us His holy people, His saints in God's sight. In this world we continue to struggle against sin. And so it is an article of faith that we believe in one, holy Church. Today we take comfort in the fact that God has made us part of one very large family, Christ's Body, the Church.
