WE ARE LEADERS: ON & OFF THE FIELD SERIES. Nate Salas, Business Banking Officer-Town & Country Bank presented a workshop on Leadership for Watertown High School coaches and athletes. The first session focused on setting expectations. Over 50 coaches, team captains, and team members worked together to outline expectations they had for their team and participants.
