Beanbasket and Strands Recommender Partner To Offer Seamless Recommendations

APPLETON, Wis. & SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (September 21, 2009) Beanbasket, a Software as a Service eCommerce platform provider and Strands Recommender, a leading provider of retail product recommendations announced a partnership to integrate their two applications.

The partnership will provide Beanbasket eCommerce platform customers a seamless way to offer personalized product recommendations throughout their website. Customers will be able to choose to implement the recommendations on their product, shopping cart, and checkout pages.

New Beanbasket Feature Alert: Multiple Shipping Addresses
Your customers can now easily add mulitple Ship-To addresses to their account profile. Those addresses can be labeled with nicknames like Home, Office, Aunt Betty, Appleton Branch, etc. On checkout your customers can pick from a drop down list of nick names to easily change the Ship-To information.

Business to Business customers can also allow or disallow multiple billing and shipping addresses on an account by account and user by user basis.
