Christ Appraisal Services is an independent real estate appraisal firm located in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. We are in the East Central area of the state (Mid-Point to Milwaukee, Madison and Green Bay), and offer complete appraisal and appraisal related services for residential and multi-family properties within a radius of 40-50 miles.

Being a very service orientated firm, we stand ready to help you meet your needs. We offer all types of reporting options (report types). Quality control and good communications ensures that our appraisal products maintain high standards. Professional appraisal reports, delivered in the time frame promised, mean that you or your clients will be able to meet deadlines without being concerned about error call-backs and corrections.

We make every effort to contact the client or property owner the same day to schedule the inspection appointment. Our policy is to have a completed appraisal report within 2 days of the date of inspection. At the your request we will provide Internet or faxed value conclusions and appraisal process updates.
