Kellstrom-Ray is one of the oldest and best known real estate agencies in Door County Wisconsin.
The Kellstrom-Ray Agency, Inc. was founded in 1948 by the late Kermit and Marion Kellstrom. Don and Kathy Ray were both employed by the Kellstroms before purchasing the agency in 1974.
Don and Kathy continued to run the business the same way that the Kellstroms had in years past, offering clients and customers integrity, personalized service, low pressure sales and knowledge of the real estate market.
In May of 2007, Heather Olson, a long time sales agent for Kellstrom-Ray, purchased the agency. Business continues as usual with Don and Kathy remaining active, full-time agents with the firm.
Washington Island Branch Office
We are happy with the results of our Kellstrom-Ray North branch office on Washington Island since it opened in June 2008!
Our agency - and especially Don Ray - has done business on the island for many years. When Amy Jorgenson joined Kellstrom-Ray in June 2007, she increased our presence there and Kellstrom-Ray signs have been popping up regularly since then. Having an island resident on our sales team has made selling or buying real estate easy for sellers and buyers.
When working with Kellstrom-Ray, island property owners can be assured that their property will have great market exposure, including the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), REALTOR.com, Door County Homes & More real estate guide and both mainland and island newspaper publications.
