Workmanship: Our onsite building team has a combined work history of over 106 years. Coped base trim corners, custom cabinetry, custom accent metal finishes a re just the beginning of the quality you will see when you visit one of our homes. Using Stratford Homes modular building components, as well as traditional site built systems, our building professionals sweat the details, so you dont have too.

Efficiency: We go to great energy conservation lengths, adding 20 energy saving upgrades beyond what Wisconsin building code, and most other builders, require. Every Contemporary Home is then Energy Star certified by testing the envelope and mechanicals via a third party consultant. This insures each home will operate for the lowest amount of energy. This makes us environmentally responsible, as well as our homes green and low cost to live in.
