Tradewinds Residence is a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) located in Superior, Wisconsin. We are licensed by the state to provide residential services to adults who are experiencing symptoms or issues that are affecting their ability to live and work independently. We can provide a therapeutic environment for individuals who are coping with a mental illness, chemical dependency, mild dementia or other conditions. We also provide opportunities to utilize community resources and our program can be an excellent step between an institutional setting and independent living.
Tradewinds Residence has recently completed significant renovations to make our building more accessible and further enhance our facility. Also, we recently completed installation of a complete fire safety sprinkler system.
