Founded in 1994, Frugal Muse is a small, independently owned chain of three bookstores serving Madison, Wisconsin and suburban Chicago. Our mission is to provide an outlet where people can buy reasonably priced books, CDs, movies and games and trade the same for fair value. We also feature many discounted brand new books. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will always try to find what you are looking for. We can order most new books at 25% off. Over the years we have thrived because of the friendship and patronage of our customers. We thank you for your support and value your input.
