At no cost to you we recover the full face value of the NSF and Stop pay check as well as all bank charges. We simply add $30.00 to the face value of the check making demand on the NSF payor to pay all these amounts.
We shall not start any lawsuit without your prior approval and your signing of the Summons and Complaint prepared for you. Post Judgment documents and Notices of any hearing shall be provided to you directly from CSN after notification from the court.
