As I am a sole practitioner, I can custom tailor my services and assemble the right mix of consultants required to be able to provide the most cost effective design services possible. You will not have to communicate through a large design office to get your questions and concerns heard. I am the draftsman, project architect, designer, and principal in charge.

This greatly simplifies and speeds the design and construction process through as few sources as possible.

Through two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawings, and face-to-face meetings, I will develop and clearly communicate the concepts for your project.
