Dale is not your typical attorney…he earned his law degree at the University of Wisconsin, Madison when he was 46 years old. Prior to that, he was a dairy farmer, math teacher, foster parent and single parent. He has personally experienced the loss of immediate family members, divorce, and managing a small business.
