Hi! I'm Chris Fauerbach. I have repaired your cars for many years at other shops around the Madison area before opening Fauerbach Automotive to improve upon the quality service that you have come to expect from me.

1. We will ask you to tell us what problems you are having....what your car isn't doing or what it is doing .
2. We will carefully examine your car and determine what is wrong with it. At this time we will ask you to authorize an amount of money that we will not exceed. If we can fix it within that amount, we will.
3. If your car could not be repaired during diagnosis we will give you a clear and accurate estimate as to what sort of cost and time it will take to repair the car. With your 'ok' we will begin repairs on your car.
5. When the repair is done, we will call you. Simple, painless, straightforward service!
6. We can help you arrange for a rental car if necessary. Contact us for details!
