Annual Yoga Retreats to eco-friendly environments for holistic healing. Join us for our 3rd annual trip to Costa Rica in Nov 2010.
Yoga classes in Hatha, and Vinyasa Hot Yoga are offered. Most classes include Pranayama (breath work), Asanas (postures), Sun Salutations, and Savasana (deep relaxation) with guided imagery and meditation. "Meditation in Motion" is encouraged throughout your practice staying focused with Ujjayi Pranayama and Drishti (gazing point).
All Yoga props are provided for your convenience including: mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps with no additional fee. However, Hot Yoga students must bring their own yoga mats and towel for hygiene reasons.
There is plenty of metered parking in the public lot on the corner of Water St and Park Ave or on College Ave.
Proper Etiquette and things to remember for Yoga classes.
1. Remove shoes before entering.
2. Enter the room quietly.
3. No cell phones, no texting allowed in class.
4. Children are not allowed to wait in the reception room during class.
5. Please do not wear any perfumes or scented lotions to class.
6. Avoid eating at least 1.5 hrs prior to class.
7. Use the restroom if needed before class begins.
8. Do not leave during class or during Savasana. Advise instructor before if necessary.
9. Use containers with lids for all liquids.
10. Keep personal items in the Namaste' Room and valuables against the wall in class.

$40 for the ProgramLearn the basics of Yoga incorporating Pranayama (breath work) to integrate your Mind with your Body. Common Asanas (postures) such as Warrior and Downward Facing Dog are taught. Experience a slow flow with Sun Salutation A series. No prior experience needed. Must be able to get up and down from the floor.
Equipment provided at no additional cost. Changing rooms available. Plenty of metered parking on street and parking lot on the corner of Water St. and Park Ave. Located above Shogun Japanese Restaurant at 518 College Ave, Racine.
