The Law Offices of Robert M. Mihelich is a boutique law firm located in New Berlin, Wisconsin, just west of Milwaukee. We focus our practice on employment law and represent employers, executives, and employees. We offer the extra attention everyone involved in a legal dispute deserves, but doesn't always get with a larger law firm.

We engage in commercial and employment litigation in various forums, including the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, Wisconsin trial and appellate courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Wisconsin Equal Rights Division of the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development.

We represent businesses and executives in defending against discrimination lawsuits, breach of contract claims, and enforcement of restrictive covenants. We also represent executives with regard to avoiding restrictive employment contracts.

We represent employees in claims pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act.
