Welcome! Burleigh Road Animal Hospital was founded by Dr. Edward Braun in 1954. He opened the hospital in 1955 and operated the practice for nearly 40 years before he passed the business to his associate, Dr. Thomas Christie in 1992. Dr. Christie took over ownership of the practice and Dr. Braun continued as an associate veterinarian until December 2001. Dr. Christie directed the hospital for 10 successful years until he left in 2002 to pursue a career in real estate with his wife, Sharon. Now Laurie McCabe, DVM owns and manages the practice with the same integrity as her predecessors. While retaining its original charm, our hospital is constantly growing and evolving to keep up with the dynamic science and art of veterinary medicine.

Appointments: In order to allow sufficient time for our patients, we see patients by appointment. Although walk-ins are accepted as our schedule permits, we recommend that you call us at 262-781-4400 to schedule an appointment to avoid any delays.
