We read all the newspapers and various publications, we visit the various web sites including MLS (Multiple Listing Services), we drive through various neighborhoods, we contact numerous realtors gathering the needed information to make an intelligent decision, we arrange the showing appointments, we walk through the properties with you offering our expertise as we go, and when you find the property of your choice, we will do all the paperwork and guide you every step of the way until the property is yours.

Once listed, Personal Touch Realty will provide you with outdoor signage, advertising in various newspapers and other publications, listing on MLS (Multiple Listing Service), other internet listings including our own web site, full color detailed circulars, assorted mailings, and as many open houses as needed to get your home sold fast.
