We look at the body as having an infinite wisdom inside of it, that knows how to heal and repair itself. In order for your body to repair itself, it needs the right balance of nutrients. Food, that is rich in nutrients, is your best medicine. Our goal in working with you is to insure that your body is adequately nourished with the building blocks to facilate a healthy healing response. Besides insuring your correct diet for your individual needs we also work to insure that you are not being poisoned by something in your environment that may be hindering your health.
All clients are treated according to the theory of biochemical individuality, coined by Roger Williams, PhD. This is the theory that no one diet or RDA (recommended dietary allowance) is correct for everyone. Effort must be put forth to determine your individual bodys needs - we will do that for you.
