Mile Bluff Clinic, LLP is a private physician-owned practice. We have been expanding the availability of primary care and specialty services in Mauston and the entire Juneau County region since 1980. Our practice provides satellite clinic services in the cities of New Lisbon, Necedah, Elroy and Lake Delton. We provide obstetrical, pediatric and adult care services through a staff of 15 board certified family physicians, 3 general surgeons, 1 orthopaedic surgeon, 3 gynecologists, 13 physician assistants, 3 nurse practitioners, 2 podiatrists, and 3 emergency room physicians. We have visiting consultants in specialties of allergy, gastroenterology, hematology, nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, optometry, psychology, rheumatology and urology who regularly attend our clinic. Try to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment at the clinic to ensure complete and accurate registration for prompt insurance processing. Please bring to your appointment any medications (prescription and over-the-counter and nutritional supplements) that you may take. If you are new to Mile Bluff Clinic please request that your previous provider send us your medical records, to optimize smooth continuation of health care. Please be prepared to pay insurance co-payments or other charges not covered by insurance plans at the time of service. If you need to set up a payment plan, allow additional time to meet with a credit manager.
